Currently serves as a Director within the federal government, bringing to the table over 28 years of expertise in law enforcement, program analysis, and compliance. Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, complemented by a Key Executive Leadership Certificate from American University. In addition, she holds ownership roles in TLC Employment and Business Consultants, LLC, as well as TLC Realty Services. LaDana's passion lies in coaching, mentoring, and empowering individuals to enhance their personal and professional lives. She is confident that these attributes will greatly contribute to P.A.T.H.'s objectives in community service and support.

Originally from Morristown, TN, Jason relocated to Raleigh, NC in June 2022 seeking new opportunities. With a total of 11 years of professional experience, including 5 years in finance and 6 years in educational promotion, he has developed a strong skill set in client relations and financial products. Jason has been employed as a Personal Banker at First Bank since May 2023, where he is dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their financial goals through tailored solutions. Academically, he graduated from Morristown West High School in 1999 and pursued cosmetology education. Jason's commitment to community service is reflected in his volunteer work with the local homeless population, providing complimentary hair services to foster self-esteem. He look forward to the opportunity to share experiences and collaborate further. 

A seasoned Supervisory Contract Specialist within the federal government, who brings to the table over two decades of expertise in managing, planning, negotiating, awarding, and administering complex contract actions that support diverse organizational segments. His educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration from Livingstone College, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration from Hood College. In addition to Tirene's professional role, he is the co-owner of TLC Employment and Business Consultants, LLC, and maintains active memberships in William T. Wallace Masonic Lodge No. 134 and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Tirene is confident that his experience and leadership acumen can be of value to P.A.T.H. in achieving its community-centric mission. 

In the Fall of 2003, Will received his undergraduate degree from Lenoir Rhyne University, majoring in Graphic Design along with a Visual Arts Minor. He works as a Research and Development Chemist for Siegwerk Environment Inks, where he has gained valuable experience in developing sustainable solutions for businesses. Will’s passion for making a positive impact doesn't stop there as he brings a unique perspective to our marketing and leadership efforts here at P.A.T.H. He is the Founder and President of the digital marketing agency, MeeksLink, LLC. supporting his background in graphic design and 15 plus years of marketing experience. After obtaining his Master's in Leadership (MA), December, Fall '21, Will is even more enthusiastic about seizing every opportunity to grow and make a difference. Will dedicates using his knowledge and skills to drive industry sustainability and help businesses succeed.

A Wilmington, NC native who now calls Metro Atlanta home; Lakisha wears many hats - wife, mother, grandmother, veteran, and entrepreneur.

After high school, she joined the military and is now a proud US Army Veteran. Lakisha's love for helping others and planning led her to pursue further education at Georgia Perimeter College, where she earned a certification in Wedding and Event Coordinating. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry as an entrepreneur, Lakisha honed her skills.

Community service is close to her heart. She's been involved with the parent association and Girl Scouts at the local Boys and Girls Club, assisting with fundraising and event coordination. As a Girl Scout activities coordinator, Lakisha organized field trips and the annual cookie fundraising drive.

She finds immense joy in helping people, and it's a passion that drives her every day.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Mental Health Therapist located in Wilmington. Terri holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.A. in Sociology from North Carolina Central University, as well as an MSW from East Carolina University. In her role as a board member, she aims to contribute to the development of policies that address conflicts of interest, shape the organization’s culture and vision, and enhance our strategic focus and effectiveness.
